Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available. Since all orders are shipped domestically, customers will not incur customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no additional handling or hidden charges.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) will begin processing on the following business day.
Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
- Transit Time: 3–6 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received: Contact us.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
By-Kylie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
