4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
5. Do you charge shipping fees?
No, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
6. Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Processing & Delivery
Orders go through two stages — processing and shipping.
7. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
8. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days (total).
9. What’s the difference between processing and shipping?
- Processing = preparing and dispatching your order
- Shipping = delivery time after dispatch

10. Will I receive tracking details?

Delivery Issues
