Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped domestically, so no customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees apply.

Shipping Cost : Free Shipping on all orders

There are no additional handling or hidden charges.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The orders received after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

Transit Time : 3–6 business days
Estimated Delivery Time : 5–8 business days (total)

We work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather or carrier issues).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details typically update within 24–48 hours. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Issues (Lost or Delayed Packages)

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:

A replacement at no extra cost, or
A full refund to your original payment method

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
