Processing times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

• We currently ship to: United States

• If your shipping address is outside these regions, you will see a message at checkout that shipping is not available.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

• Standard shipping (US): 5–15 business days after dispatch.
  

• Total delivery time is typically within 6–18 business days.

• These are estimates only; carrier delays, customs inspection, or high‑volume periods may extend delivery times.

Shipping fees

• Enjoy free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required

• By-Kylie ships to US addresses only. No customs or import duties apply to your order.

Order tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can also track your order any time via our Track Order page using your tracking number.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship it to you; however, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

• If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we can issue a refund for the product price only (shipping fees are non‑refundable) once the parcel is received back in good condition.

Lost or damaged packages

• If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).

• We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund according to the investigation result.
