Return and Refund Policy

At By-Kylie, we want you to feel confident every time you place an order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and fair.

14-Day Return Window

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, the item should:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be undamaged
  • Be returned in its original packaging (if possible)

We recommend keeping your packaging until you’re sure you want to keep the product.

How Do Returns Work?

If you’d like to return an item, just follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@by-kylie.com  with your order details
  • Let us know whether you want to return full or partial items
  • Our team will review your request and share the correct return address
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address
  • Share your tracking details with us once shipped

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and move forward with the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

After your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send an email to info@by-kylie.com  with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on your preference

We aim to resolve these issues quickly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
